CTG is seeking to fill a Senior Implementation Manager - Electrical opening for our client in Richland, WA.

Description:

The Senior Implementation Manager – Electrical provides expert technical, oversight, and support services for high-impact Electrical Enterprise Risk Projects. This role is critical in ensuring projects are executed with a high degree of safety, quality, and efficiency—on time and within budget. Leveraging deep field experience and expertise, the Senior Implementation Manager identifies and mitigates risk, enhances project execution strategies, and ensures readiness across all phases of project delivery. This position collaborates directly with Project Managers and works under the direction of CPM or RMM Managers, contributing to projects that significantly impact plant operations, including refueling outage critical paths.


Duties:

Conduct iterative reviews of project documentation to improve schedule, quality, and resource efficiencyIdentify and correct errors in project schedules, risk registers, implementation plans, and technical documentationReview and validate quality of Work Order Tasks (WOTs) prior to field execution; remediate incomplete or error-prone WOTsEvaluate and improve test and commissioning plans, including factory and mock-up testing strategiesRecommend and support mock-up activities to de-risk complex field workServe as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in interpreting and applying applicable codes and industry best practicesAct as ASME Person-in-Charge (PIC) for Section XI Repair & Replacement work scope when requiredProvide governance and maintain knowledge of electrical codes, standards, technologies, and strategiesOffer candid oversight feedback to project stakeholders and, if needed, supervise field crews exceeding 50 individualsCoordinate with vendors and internal resources to resolve roadblocks and ensure smooth project implementationAttend and contribute to strategic meetings such as Design Review Boards, Steering Committees, Risk Management, and Implementation Briefings

Skills:

Extensive knowledge of electrical systems in nuclear or regulated industrial environmentsExpertise in Enterprise Management Software (e.g., Asset Suite, SAP)Proficiency with logic-driven scheduling tools (Primavera, MS Project)In-depth understanding of code and regulatory requirements for field maintenance and engineering workFamiliarity with human performance improvement and error-reduction strategiesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and computer skills

Experience:

Proven leadership in managing complex electrical projects within regulated, industrial, or nuclear environmentsDemonstrated success in supporting multiple refueling outages at commercial nuclear power plantsBackground in construction management and operational processes in highly regulated industriesPrior experience providing oversight for large-scale field crews and high-risk technical activities

Education:

Minimum Qualifications (one of the following):

Graduate degree in a related field and 10 years of electrical experienceBachelor’s degree in a related field and 12 years of electrical experienceAssociate degree and 14 years of electrical experienceHigh School Diploma/GED and 16 years of electrical experience

Desired Qualifications:

Certifications in electrical disciplines, construction, or project managementFormal training in nuclear operations or engineering disciplines


Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $155,000 to $200,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered
