Description:

As a GSP Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of capital projects, with a focus on safety, environmental compliance, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with various teams to manage specific phases of major projects, including project development, site development, permitting, scope development, contract negotiations, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and transition to operation. Additionally, you will manage all phases of smaller improvement projects, develop and manage project budgets and schedules, and handle project-related administrative tasks.


Responsibilities:

Ensure all projects are executed with Safety and Environmental Compliance as the primary focus.Manage specific phases of major projects and all phases of smaller improvement projects.Develop and manage overall project budget and schedule.Manage contracts and commercial aspects of the project with suppliers and contractors.Utilize the PM Tollgate process to manage various stages of the project.Handle all project-related administrative requirements.


Qualifications:

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in project management, relevant technologies, and leadership.Working knowledge of power generation and pollution control equipment.Familiarity with OSHA scaffolding requirements and industry safety practices.Strong team-building skills and ability to effectively lead teams.Ability to handle multiple distinct projects simultaneously.Effective negotiation skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.BS degree in Engineering, Business, or Construction Management preferred.7+ years of industry experience with a minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in project management.


Administrative:

The PM will self-manage travel between assigned sites as required, if multiple sites are included in the job posting specifics.
